IC50 value:Target: GABAA receptorEtifoxine exhibits anxiolytic activity in rodents and humans with no sedative, myorelaxant or mnesic side effects. Etifoxine acts as a ligand of the translocator protein (TSPO); promotes axonal regeneration.
